【租借須知】
1. 租借時間13:00-17:00（最晚19:00前歸還），可租借數量依現場供應為主，租借時須提供有效身分證件辦理租借手續。
2. 請穿著運動服裝，避免裙裝、寬褲等易影響騎乘安全之服裝。
3. 本車無配備手機支架，如有路線導航需求，建議自行配戴藍牙耳機或手機掛繩。
4. 因車體高度限制，為確保騎乘安全，限身高165公分以上使用。
5. 電輔車續航力約為75公里（以體重50公斤為基準）實際續航距離將依騎乘者體重、變速檔位、車速、路況及氣候等因素而有所差異，請斟酌規劃行程。
6. 為確保騎乘安全，風速達7級或遇雨天等天候因素，將暫停租借服務。

【常見問題】
1. 騎乘中途沒電怎麼辦？電動輔助自行車為人力為主，動力為輔的自行車，沒有電時可當一般自行車騎乘。
2. 騎乘電動輔助自行車需要駕照或年齡限制嗎？不用駕照，未滿14歲不得行駛。
3. 騎乘電動輔助自行車需要戴安全帽嗎？目前雖未強制規定必戴安全帽，但為保障自身安全，如有配戴安全帽需求可向服務中心租借。

1. Extension Policy: Late returns will be considered as one additional 2-hour rental period and charged NT$200. From the 4th hour onward, the same rate applies.
2. Please monitor battery levels and plan your route accordingly. If roadside assistance is required due to any reason, a service fee of NT$1,000 per bike per dispatch will apply.
[Rental Guidelines]
1. Rental Hours: 13:00–17:00 (must be returned by 19:00 at the latest). Availability is subject to the on-site supply. A valid ID must be presented when completing the rental procedure.
2. Please wear sportswear. Avoid skirts, wide-leg pants, or other clothing that may affect riding safety.
3. This bike is not equipped with a phone mount. If navigation is required, it is recommended to use Bluetooth earphones or a phone strap.
4. Due to the frame height, riders must be at least 165 cm tall to ensure riding safety.
5. The estimated range is approximately 75 km (based on a rider weight of 50 kg). The actual range may vary depending on rider weight, gear settings, speed, road conditions, and weather. Please plan your route accordingly.
6. For safety reasons, rental services will be suspended when wind speed reaches Level 7 or above, or in rainy or adverse weather conditions.

1. What should I do if the battery runs out during the ride? Electric assist bicycles are primarily pedal-powered with motor assistance. When the battery is depleted, the bike can still be ridden as a regular bicycle.
2. Do I need a driver's license or is there an age restriction? No driver's license is required. Riders under 14 years old are not permitted to ride.
3. Is wearing a helmet required when riding an electric assist bicycle? Although helmets are not currently mandatory, for your safety, helmets are available for rental at the service center upon request.
